I am on day 3 of a 30 day challenge. This challenge makes me put away all my scales, tape measures, and diet stuffs.
Each day I focus on a way to become more active in my everyday, whether it is walking stairs or parking on the farthest side of the parking lot. Also their is a nutrition focus each day. Yesterday it was to eat veggies with each meal. Today it was to eat one meal with no outside influences. No TV, reading, talking...you get the idea. :) And of course there is the exercise portion. Yesterday was 30 minutes moderate/high interval workout. Today was yoga and abs. I'm excited because I don't know what tomorrow will be.
Each day I get an e-mail telling me what the day's challenges are. I can't wait to see how I feel at the end of the 30 days. Of course I am using BeachBody workouts for my daily workouts. Today was Tony's One-on-One Hummingbird yoga. ;) I have a feeling tomorrow will be a weighted workout. I can't wait!
