My 30 Day Challenge

I am on day 3 of a 30 day challenge. This challenge makes me put away all my scales, tape measures, and diet stuffs.

Each day I focus on a way to become more active in my everyday, whether it is walking stairs or parking on the farthest side of the parking lot. Also their is a nutrition focus each day. Yesterday it was to eat veggies with each meal. Today it was to eat one meal with no outside influences. No TV, reading, get the idea. :) And of course there is the exercise portion. Yesterday was 30 minutes moderate/high interval workout. Today was yoga and abs. I'm excited because I don't know what tomorrow will be.

Each day I get an e-mail telling me what the day's challenges are. I can't wait to see how I feel at the end of the 30 days. Of course I am using BeachBody workouts for my daily workouts. Today was Tony's One-on-One Hummingbird yoga. ;) I have a feeling tomorrow will be a weighted workout. I can't wait!
