Day 5...is it already day 5???

Today is the 5th. That makes today day 5! Wow! Can I just say that I am kicking ass! I feel great! I am making good food choices. I worked out last night even after I had a heavy foot stool knocked over on my foot! It hurt during my workout, especially the running in place part. (I did the PHH Thigh) Needed a little Tony for some reason. :)

I am just excited again. But I have been excited for a while now. I finally got the plan on paper. I was working it over for so long, letting everything fall into place, which it now has.

Yeah me. :)

Yeah YOU is right.
I had a VERY rough time of my workout today, and I know it's what I ate over the last couple of days that caused it.
I tell ya what:
if I can get 5 or 6 days a week of Turbo Kick classes going, that will automatically clean up my eating by a good 70%, 'cause I know how I bonk when I don't fuel properly.
I had no trouble at all eating well during my trip, and especially at camp.
