It's been a while

Sorry for the hiatus. I have been icky sicky lately and haven't been feeling up to doing much of anything.

I had a slight breakdown last week, which I think ultimately lead to my getting sick. I have just been so overwhelmed for so long that it finally all caught up to me.

I just can't be everything to everyone. I can't do it all anymore, so I am going to stop trying. I need to be happy, not spend my whole life making everyone else happy. Although on a different level, making others happy does make me happy. But not when my sanity is at stake. Ok, Dill, if you ever read my ramblings you will say that my sanity has been gone for a while. :) Yes, it has.

Life in the Woo household has been hectic and crazy. My hubby had 5 basketball games last week, and a tournament this weekend. I haven't seen him in seven days. The puppies are getting really really big, and that means their poo is getting really really big too. I can't keep up! And on top of that two of the beasts have developed a cough. They are both on antibiotics now. The little brown girl seems to be doing better. The black boy isn't doing so hot. So I feel like I have failed. I clean the area at least 5 times a day. I can't get it any cleaner than that. I don't know what to do.

I haven't had a good workout since I last posted on this blog. I am mentally and physically drained and I can't do anything. I just keep telling myself that the puppies will be gone in a little over a week. I will miss them then I am sure. But right now I have a hard time believing that. I am up at night with the little ones that are coughing. They seem to sleep better sitting up a little on my chest. They can breath better. Yeah, I'm a push over. But I'm sick myself and seem to sleep better sitting up too. So I understand totally!

Here is a picture of my nephew who came and stayed the day with us on Saturday. He loved the puppies and couldn't get enough of Mela. I am so glad she ended up being such a good dog! He was climbing all over her and she didn't mind! Lilly, my pug is having huge issues with the puppies. They chase her down and try to play. She tries to be mean, but can't bring herself to really be mean to them. The most she manages is a little growl/whine and a quick gumming. Yeah, I said gumming. She has teeth, but refuses to use them, instead she just does this funny thing where she uses her teeth, but doesn't bite. It feels like she is gumming you. She is funny.
